I don’t think I’ve ever read a real newspaper article, if that definition could be stretched to cover this tripe, that I’ve disagreed with quite so much as this one. ACLU crusade to scuttle Patriot Act is dead wrong.

The “journalist” if that’s what he calls himself is an utter moron.

He says “Since the passage of the Patriot Act, there has not been a single terrorist attack on U.S. soil.” Yeah, well, no shit. It’s only been 3 and a half years since the fricking act was passed anyway. Terrorist attacks aren’t exactly every day occurences, unless you live in Ireland ;)

Ugh, he’s such an idiot.

He condemns John Kerry by saying “He’s a little too French for my taste” presumably referring to Kerry’s position on attacking Iraq… As if attacking Iraq is a good thing. As if the French are a bad nation… Ugh. What a moron.

I was so annoyed by the crap he wrote that I submitted an opinion using the link at the bottom of the page. It’s the first time I’ve been compelled to actually respond to something I’ve read in a newspaper, or anything to do with politics. I haven’t seen it on the site yet, but I’ll keep looking for my comments. Unfortunately I didn’t copy what I wrote before I submitted it and I have no way of retrieving it.

I kind of hope he responds to me, so I can argue with him for a while, point out a few things to him. Like why he’s a moron.
